Luke's Drug Mart Bridgeland is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our patient-focused, community pharmacy team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care, building lasting relationships with our patients, and providing a collaborative, supportive workplace.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care and medication counselling.
- Provide comprehensive prescribing services within your scope of practice.
- Administer injections and immunizations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Support medication reviews, chronic disease management, and preventative health initiatives.
- Mentor and work alongside a dedicated pharmacy team while contributing to an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Alberta.
- Authorization to Prescribe (APA or equivalent) is required.
- Injection certification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for community pharmacy and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
